Return & Refund Policy - Gordana Jewelry

At Gordana Jewelry, we are committed to offering high-quality S925 sterling silver and stainless steel jewelry to customers in Mauritius, Rodrigues, France, and worldwide. Please review our Return & Refund Policy carefully before making a purchase.


 1. Condition & Packaging Verification

All returned items are subject to quality inspection upon receipt.  

To be eligible for a return or exchange, jewelry must be unused, unworn, free from scratches or damage, and returned in its original packaging.  

If an item does not meet these conditions, the return or exchange will be declined, and the item will be sent back at the customer’s expense.

2. Ring Exchanges (Size Issues Only)

- Ring exchanges are accepted within 1 to 7 days of delivery.  

- Rings must be unworn, scratch-free, and in original packaging.  

- Exchange shipping costs are borne by the customer.  

 3. Earrings

For hygiene and safety reasons, earrings are strictly non-returnable and non-exchangeable.

 4. Necklaces & Bracelets

Returns are accepted only if:  

- The item is not worn, not broken, and free of scratches.  

- It is returned in its original packaging.  

Items showing signs of wear, damage, or alteration will not be accepted.

5. Custom, Engraved & Personalized Jewelry

At present, Gordana Jewelry does not offer engraving or customization.  

Once such services are introduced, all custom-made or engraved jewelry will be final sale and non-returnable.

 6. Refund Policy

Refunds will be issued only in the following cases:  

- The item purchased is out of stock after payment has been made.  

- A return is approved and the item is received in original, unworn condition.

No refund or exchange will be entertained for jewelry that is worn, scratched, damaged, or broken.

7. Refund Method

Approved refunds will be processed to the original payment method within 2–10 business days after the returned item has passed inspection.

 8. Return Process & Authorization

Customers must contact us prior to returning any item to obtain return authorization and instructions.  

Returns sent without prior communication may not be accepted.

 9. Shipping Responsibility & Damages

- Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.  

- Gordana Jewelry is not liable for items lost or damaged during return transit.  

- We strongly recommend using secure packaging and a trackable shipping service.

10. Returns for Mauritian Customers

Mauritian customers may:  

- Return or exchange items via Mauritius Post (shipping paid by customer), or  

- Drop off the item after prior confirmation with our team.

 11. International Returns

- International customers may return items within 1 month of delivery.  

- Prior communication and approval is mandatory before shipping the item back.  

- All return shipping and related charges are borne by the customer.  

- Items must be returned in original packaging and perfect condition.

12. Order Cancellation

Orders may be cancelled only after contacting us directly.  

If the order has already been packed and prepared for posting, a charge for the posting box or envelope will be deducted before any refund is issued.

13. Legal & Hygiene Disclaimer

Due to hygiene, safety, and quality standards, Gordana Jewelry reserves the right to refuse any return or exchange that does not meet the conditions outlined above.
