Order Processing
All orders are processed and dispatched within 1–2 business days after payment confirmation.
Customers will receive a tracking number by email once the package is shipped.
Shipping Regions
We currently ship to:
- Mauritius and Rodrigues Island
- Reunion Island, Seychelles, Madagascar, Mayotte, and South Africa,
- France, Finland, Italy, Luxembourg, Norway, Sweden, and Switzerland,
- China, Malaysia, Singapore, and Thailand
- Kuwait, Oman, Qatar, Saudi Arabia, and United Arab Emirates
For countries not listed, customers should contact us before ordering to confirm shipping options.
Delivery Times
- Mauritius Express Postage: 1–2 business days
- Mauritius Standard Postage: 2–10 business days
- International Shipping: 10 days to 6 weeks, depending on destination and service
Delivery timeframes are approximate and provided by Mauritius Post.
Delays may occur due to customs, weather, or postal issues in the destination country.
Tracking
All parcels include a tracking number.
Once an order has been dispatched, Gordana Jewelry no longer has control over transit updates.
Customers are advised to contact the postal or courier service directly for any follow‑up, especially for international deliveries once the parcel has entered their local postal system.
Lost or Delayed Parcels
Gordana Jewelry is not responsible for parcels delayed or lost after dispatch.
We will assist you with the necessary tracking details and guidance to contact the carrier.
